LEAN MANAGEMENT

In this video we can know a little bit more of lean management, which remains in the idea that activities that do not add value to the end product or customer have to be considered a “waste” and should be reduced or eliminated to free up resources with the aim of adding this value.

Also, an important component of Lean is the respect for employees and their role of adding this value to the end product or customer.

The purpose of this type of management, as we can see is to acquire and keep customers in order to grow profitability by fulfilling the customer’s needs by defining and delivering especially what is valuable to them.

We have heard about this system as it is also known as Toyota Production System (TPS), which model of production of the reference company has already been explained in another post and it’s also interesting in order to see how it works when put in practice.
