Amazon seems to be stepping into a territory historically owned by companies like FedEx, UPS and DHL. In the last year, Amazon has opened 21 new logistic facilities worldwide, bringing the total to 173. Amazon has from typical warehouses to Prime Now hub (a building that has products that will be released in one hour). Amazon is doing by itself the delivering to houses and business without third parties. This will reduce the costs of Amazon and make the company more profitability.
